In camera editing evaluation

The advantages of doing in camera editing is that in encourages the actors to do their very best since there are no re-shoots so everyone will be on their toes and try extremely hard to leave no room for failure. Another advantage is that everything is natural and you can gradually learn from your mistakes since there's no editing to cover up the faults you made during the filming. 

While on the other hand, you could argue that lack of editing is a major disadvantage, which is highly agreeable due to the fact that everything looks unprofessional and pretty much unpleasing to the eye if the scene requires a large amount of editing. Another disadvantage of in camera editing is that you are unable to add any sort of effects. No music, no smooth transitions and no impressive video effects to alter the video for the better and amaze the audience.
