Ident Evaluation

On the first week we used the time to it's full potential and produced some nice work. However, on the second week even though we produced more work, we wasted some time doing nothing. It was rather difficult at the start to shape the clay into the shapes we desired because it was kind of stiff.

The crew mates were great for most of the time and helped out although sometimes wouldn't contribute any work. And each of us have missed a day which set us back a tad bit and didn't give us enough time to  improve it. But overall I feel like our team did a fine job from the time we had on it since doing claymation animation takes time and patience.

Going by the assignment brief, I feel like we've done it pretty well, the idea was to show how different coloured balls representing unique people can combine themselves to create something bigger which we hope promotes teamwork.

Even though we think the idea was solid, the way we presented it was rather sloppy, we attempted to combine different coloured plasticine together in hope of recreating the CWC logo, but we messed up and just had to carve the logo.

The area of the project I am most proud of is how smooth the beginning was, I feel like we did a great job on animating it since it felt more like a video than a stop motion animation, it was quite seamless which made me happy.

John

The media uses sympathy to get the public to support their goal, they show images of of suffering children and tell the viewer their saddening stories about how difficult life in Uganda is.
This makes the viewer feel bad about what's going on in Uganda so they're willing to support their cause to help seize the criminal known as Kony by any means necessary.

Result analysis

After analyzing the survey results I got from my classmates, I’ve deducted that most people are aware of the story but didn’t have much info about it since the answers were all mixed.
Even though the media keeps going on and on about it through TV and newspapers thinking that that the public is interested, in reality no one seems to care, nobody really discusses this with their mates as it doesn't seem like something worth discussing.
